![]() Their refund policy is worthless I have requested a refund many times and advised them within 1 day of using their product that it does not work. They continually make excuses and ask for more and more information, I have sent them copies of files that are corrupted by their software, screen shots and log files all without any suggestions or comments from them why their recovery software does not work. This in an update of my dealings with this company, I have now exchanged 65 e-mails with this company in the last four weeks. I found a free recovery software that works and did the job Recuva. This company is a scam, very difficult to deal with, they seem to have manipulated their positive reviews somehow. Data recovery software does not work, asked for refund and they make every excuse. And the fact that they have 4.6 on trust pilot just goes to show how easy it is to fake reviews here.ĭo not deal with this company, their products are a scamĭo not deal with this company. Do yourself the favour and avoid the hassle really. The only way to cancel is to open a support ticket and wait for the reply. By law a subscription service should be as easy to cancel as it is to sign up for so this set up is extremely sketchy. Then the kicker.when you go to cancel the subscription all of a sudden its impossible to log in, because the payment is through the mycommerce website you come up against the exact same problems here, cant login, to get your log in details you have to give them you log in details which makes no sense whatsoever. Exact same as the free trial, software doesn't work so you just spend hours retrying and retrying and it does nothing. I ordered the reiboot for mac on the subscription. firstly I got the free trial which does nothing and kinda forces you into buying the full software.
